You’ll tackle daily accounting tasks, manage data with precision, and collaborate with employees, vendors, and customers to ensure the seamless processing of financial transactions. We need an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player who’s ready to grow with us in this exciting phase.
- Track equipment delivery/receiving tickets and maintain streamlined records in QuickBooks Enterprise and Basis/RTMS
- Maintain organized vendor, customer and equipment files (electronic and physical)
- Assist with filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Provide flexible support to the Accounting Department and management on various projects
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Basis/RTMS, and Microsoft Office are a plus
- Oil & Gas industry experience a plus - Keen attention to detail and excellent multitasking/time management
- Ability to work independently and shine in a fast-paced team environment
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, and sound judgment with diverse groups
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with colleagues, vendors, and clients
- Typical office setting with low noise levels
- Requires prolonged sitting and computer use; ability to lift 10-20 lbs.
