This is an administrative position that would be best suited for an individual looking to broaden skills and experience in accounting and customer service.
Reporting to the company’s Office Manager and General Manager of Operations, the Accounting Assistant will be responsible for but not limited to:
○ Welcoming and attending to customers in the office
○ Communication with customers regarding project timelines and scheduling in support of Estimators
○ Entering customer data into project management software
● Data organization, file management, and electronic/paper filing systems maintenance
● Scanning and uploading invoices, receipts and other requested documents to Dext Software
● Assist Office Manager with day to day data entry, filing and other duties as requested
● Other clerical duties in support of office function

- Ability to learn new software’s quickly
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and Monday.com considered an asset
- Min 1 year in an office, bookkeeping or accounting role
