inExhaust is an industrial silencer & exhaust systems manufacturer located in Lincoln, Nebraska. We are
looking for motivated individuals who will positively impact on our company and share in the excitement of
our successes as we continue to grow. The Accounting Assistant at inExhaust will be responsible for
assisting with general accounting tasks to support the operations of the accounting department.
- Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors.
- Compile and sort invoices and checks.
- Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system.
- Support accounting/purchasing personnel.
- Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records
- Match invoices to work orders.
- Process bills for payment.
- Utilize computer systems to run databases, and order supplies.
- Contact individuals with delinquent accounts.
- Associate’s degree OR
- Accounting Experience: 2 years
- Data entry skills
- General math skills
- Microsoft Office 365, proficient in Excel
