Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field
Experience: 5+ years in industry operations position with quality focus

Work Environment is both traditional and non-traditional. Job workstation is located in the office in a temperature-controlled environment but frequent trips to remote job sites will require working in a variety of potentially harsh weather conditions. Duties
Maintain and service the developed customer base through periodic communication in the form of personal visit, email and phone discussions.
Develop new customers by fostering new relationships and promoting the company culture, performance, and equipment specifications.
Maintain a call log of all customer communication within the CRM system.
Ensure Customer Surveys are up to date, and work with company analyst to prepare quarterly analysis of customer base KPI and customer surveys.
Represent the company at relevant trade exhibitions, and events as assigned.
Discuss new technology ideas, research findings, gather equipment information, and complete “what's out there” projects as assigned.
Provide presentations and simulator demonstrations as required for customers.
Gather information to update customer profile / CRM daily/weekly
Assist in pricing and bid completion as needed.
Act as relief personnel for the Business Development Manager ensuring understanding of tasks to allow continuing operations in his/her absence.
Assist dispatch as needed with third party vendor set up for jobs (i.e. BOPs, pumps, swivels, trucking, manifests) and logistics planning.
