•Act as the main point of contact for existing clients in the region
•Address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure consistent communication
•Coordinate with internal operations and field personnel to ensure quality service
•Support any organic growth opportunities that arise within existing accounts
•Monitor employee performance, technical skills, and customer satisfaction.
•Assist with personnel issues, including performance evaluations and distributing resumes to customers.
•Maintain daily communication with customers to address any concerns or issues.
•Enforce company policies, including vehicle maintenance and cell phone usage.
•Assist in the movement of company vehicles for repairs when needed.
•Oilfield experience is required
•Strong communication and problem-solving skills
•Ability to travel locally to client locations and job sites
•Organized, dependable, and responsive
