Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, managing employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to achieve its levels of performance toward company goals. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering long-term partnerships and contributing to the overall growth of our organization.
Duties
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
•Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
•Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff members and sharing best practices.
•Maintains proper records (accident reports, recaps, etc.) and posts required information
•Reports daily to the General Manager on activity and concerns
•Manager has responsibility for the safety of those being supervised and ensures they comply with established safety policies and procedures and practice safe work habits.
•Scheduling and/or resolving any operation and employee concerns.
Experience
•Proven experience in account management or a similar role
•Strong background in janitorial work
•Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
