Summary
Interact with customers to provide basic or scripted information in response to inquiries about products and services. May handle and resolve general complaints. Facilitate sale of goods to customers by processing and confirming sales orders.
·Utilize account management skills to establish and maintain long term and strategic relationships with assigned customers, promote our capabilities, work through challenges, and grow the business
·Grow business with existing accounts and develop new customers
·Maintain strong working relationships with internal production and management teams
·Follow up with customers on a timely basis to provide the highest level of customer service, and ensure all customer inquiries have the proper follow-up procedures documented.
·Manage the sales process by keeping projects on track, providing accurate and timely proposals, and facilitating information exchange between the customer and internal teammates
·Consult with production team to confirm that requested customer delivery dates are viable
·Manage customer complaints, returns, and corrective actions as per ISO policies and procedures
·Acquire knowledge of manufacturing processes, capabilities, limitations, and costing variables
·Maintain a pipeline of prospective accounts and projects to fuel growth within our current scope
