Inside Sales/Account Representative
HBI Services is a thriving and rapidly expanding manufacturing company. As part of the Hasty Bake family, HBI Services is responsible for the fabrication and machining needs of regional manufacturing companies along with the Hasty Bake line of charcoal grills and accessories. HBI Services is currently seeking qualified candidates interested in becoming our Inside Sales/Account Representative.
Overview:
HBI Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales/Account Representative to lead our inside sales and account management efforts in achieving ambitious growth goals. The ideal candidate has experience in the metal fabrication/machining/manufacturing industry and possesses a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
•Establish and develop relationships with current and new customers.
•Implement effective sales strategies in coordination with the outside sales team to grow existing customer accounts.
•Prepare initial quotations for the customers.
•Review and process customer purchase orders.
•Negotiate with customers on issues pertaining to price, lead time, and unique order requirements.
•Coordinate with the team to quickly respond to customer expedite and order update requests.
•Collaborate with the team to ensure pricing, lead time and special request commitments are aligned with our ability to profitably meet the customers’ needs
•Work closely with the outside sales team to help maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction.
•Communicate with vendors regarding estimates and orders that require outside processing.
Requirements:
•2+ years with proven experience in B2B sales management or similar roles.
•Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
•Demonstrate the ability to understand customers' problems and develop solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
•. Experience with estimating/quoting in the metal fabrication/manufacturing industry.
•Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
•Ability to be self-motivated without micromanagement.
•A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Access.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: DOE
Expected hours: 40 per week with occasional extended hours on an as needed basis
Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience and industry relationships
