Kinsley Power Systems is looking for a driven and customer-focused Aftermarket Sales Account Manager to grow our emergency power generator service and maintenance sales within the Philadelphia territory.

What You’ll Do
•Develop & Expand Business – Prospect and secure new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
•Own the Sales Cycle – Manage the process from lead generation and quoting to closing deals, collections, and after-sales support.
•Provide Solutions, Not Just Sales – Position Kinsley’s service agreements, maintenance plans, and emergency power solutions as critical components of operational reliability.
•Partner Cross-Functionally – Work closely with internal teams, including field technicians and project managers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
•Be a Trusted Advisor – Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to tailor solutions effectively.
•Leverage CRM & Sales Tools – Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions to drive accountability and strategic growth.
What We’re Looking For
•Industry Knowledge – Experience in B2B sales, particularly with customers in data centers, telecommunications, HVAC, electrical contracting, or power generation.
•Sales Success – Proven track record in B2B sales, with the ability to build rapport, close deals, and meet revenue goals.
•Self-Motivated & Results-Driven – Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage a territory effectively.
•Customer-Centric – Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
•Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
•Flexibility & Mobility – Ability to travel overnight as needed within the territory.
•Valid Driver’s License – Required for travel to customer sites.
