At Weatherford, our Account Managers drive and support revenue and profit growth by establishing and maintaining relationships and connectivity with clients at senior levels within their organizations. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with our global, regional, and local sales and marketing strategies across the entire Weatherford product line portfolio.
Requirements

- Demonstrate effective leadership in health and safety arrangements for all team members
- Maintain service quality and continually seek areas for improvement
- Oversee the account management lifecycle, from tender development to contract negotiations and performance reviews
- Develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen Weatherford's identity by understanding customer/industry objectives and challenges
- Manage client expectations, problem job communication, and commercial arrangements
- Generate revenue targets through account plans and identify opportunities for growth
- Evaluate sales opportunities and ensure efficient pricing and tendering processes
- Engage in personal and professional development, including sales and process excellence training
- Demonstrate leadership, ethical behavior, and adherence to Weatherford standards
- Required: 8 years of industry experience
- minimum of 4 years in industry sales.
- Commercially astute with a good understanding of tenders, contracts, negotiations, high margin/profitability achievement, and customer service requirements
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Sufficient business acumen to enable opportunity evaluation and effective prioritization
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects under tight schedules and remain composed under pressure
- Familiarity with the latest developments in sales management techniques
Travel Requirement
This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to 30%.
