Account Manager

Job Brief: We are seeking a proactive Retail Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with independent jobbers. You will drive sales and promotional initiatives, optimize jobber participation in our program, and serve as a commercial partner to our retail customers.

Responsibilities:

- Sustainable daytoday account ownership and relationship building with key independent jobbers

- Forecasting and demand planning to ensure product availability

- Execution of promotions and merchandising programs

- Sales analysis and strategic account planning

- Crossteam coordination including logistics, marketing, and finance

- Contract negotiations and performance reviews

- Command of technical expertise to support retail partner

Requirements:

- 1–3years of experience in retail or relevant account management, preferred within lubricants business

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and CRM experience

- Must be available to travel as needed, estimated to be 50%

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical capabilities

Preferred Knowledge:

- Exposure to vendor onboarding systems, planogram tools, or retail merchandising systems (e.g., GSN, category management platforms)

- Experience in national-scale retail accounts or traveling for meetings with retail partners
