What does Klauer ask of you?

The Assistant Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting production team members. In this role, you will champion the following:

- Train, delegate and oversee the job assignments of production and shipping and receiving team members throughout their shift to maximize efficiency throughout the departments.

- Responsible for the enforcement of all company factory rules, policies, and all applicable safety requirements.

- Address team member performance issues and apply the Klauer progressive discipline process consistently with the support of Production Supervisor and Human Resources.

- Act with direction from supervisor to ensure production and shipping schedules are efficient and timely.

- Routinely walk production floor to assist with quality and safety initiatives.

- Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
