Are you looking for an exciting paid summer internship experience? Our Asset Management Team is launching a new internship program to support our anticipated growth. Our summer program combines challenging work experience and the opportunity to work closely with our team members! You will assist the Asset Management Team on a wide range of projects.
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a major in Engineering. Preferably Mechanical, Civil, Materials Science, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or Natural Gas Petroleum
- Provide support for materials testing records and creating reports summarizing the findings and trends.
- Review engineering drawings to extract relevant data to be used in pipeline risk models.
- Assist engineers in providing overall engineering support and risk assessments for distribution piping systems, customer measurement, plant improvement, and data analysis projects.
- Provide engineering assistance for the development of new or updating of existing O&M procedures and Construction Standards.
- Provide engineering support on other company projects, specifications, and procedures, as required.
- Assist engineers by providing administrative and project specific documentation organization.
- Conduct experiments to verify the flow characteristics of components used in the natural gas system.
- Digitize historical documents to improve electronic searchability and records fidelity.
- Assist with populating spreadsheets with field data.
