Washington Gas is looking for a Data Analytics Intern to support the Customer Experience team.
This internship provides exposure to how data is used to improve customer interactions and business processes. The intern will gain experience working in a collaborative environment and learn how analytics contributes to enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with data-related tasks such as organizing, reviewing, and preparing information for analysis.
- Support team projects by helping with reporting, documentation, and basic research.
- Learn and apply foundational data analytics concepts under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer experience initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Interest in data analysis and customer experience strategies.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Exposure to real-world applications of data analytics in a customer-focused environment.
- Hands-on experience in a corporate setting within the energy industry.
