Maintenance Technicians/ Welder – Bailey Mine Prep Plant

Jennmar Services is looking for dependable, hard-working Maintenance Technicians to join our team at the Bailey Mine Prep Plant. These are full-time positions offering steady hours, competitive pay, great benefits, and long-term career opportunities.

Job Description:

- Perform maintenance and repairs on prep plant machinery as needed

- Welding and torching as needed (greatly desired skill, not required)

- General labor and maintenance support where needed

- Follow all safety procedures and other duties as assigned

Schedule:

- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- 4 days on / 3 days off (10-hour shifts) + overtime if available

Requirements:

- Previous maintenance experience preferred

- MSHA Surface papers required — training provided if needed

- Ability to work shifts including weekends/holidays

- Must pass background check, drug & alcohol screening, and hair-follicle test

- basic hand tools

Required PPE (Not Provided):

- Hard hat

- Reflective vest or shirt

- Metatarsal boots
