- Manage a large number of external warehouses across NA.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels at these warehouses to meet customer demand.
- Maintain quality aspects of the warehouses.
- Optimization of warehouse footprint and supply chain.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Ensure compliance by external warehouse sites with Magris company policies.
- Maintains inventories at remote warehouses at cost-appropriate target levels while meeting the needs of customer demands.
- Maintains records related to all warehouse activities, including inventory control, audit results, and transportation.
- Coordinates transportation of products to warehouses.
- Prepares and maintains warehouse procedure manuals for quality compliance.
- Audit monthly invoices and warehouse inventory as per our Sarbanes-Oxley compliance procedures.
- Maintains purchase orders for warehouses.
- Payment of freight and warehouse invoices.
- Month-end reporting and freight P&L reconciliation.
- Maintain KPIs on all activities relating to external warehousing.
- Conducts training for warehouses and ensures compliance with Magris policies.
- Assist logistics manager with negotiating rates with warehouses.
- Assists with preparation of the annual budget for warehouses.
- Coordinates with internal teams, including Production, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics.
- Provides backup support across logistics functions for coverage during absences or peak periods.
- Business improvement projects, as needed.

- High school Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or Supply Chain preferred or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in logistics preferred.- Experience within manufacturing or mining preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and profit and loss concept.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft product user. Excel super user preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, priority changing environment.
