The Vice President, Corporate Services, is a key member of the Cooperative’s Senior Leadership team, responsible for ensuring Human Resources, Safety & Training, Corporate Security and Investigations and other assigned areas align with and support the strategic direction of the Cooperative. This position is responsible for planning, managing, and directing all areas of Human Resources, including leadership and career development, succession planning, compensation, and benefits. This position is responsible for setting policies, practices, and processes, and implementing them in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The position leads the Safety culture across the Cooperative, maintains the security of the GreyStone headquarters and assets across our service territory, and is responsible for corporate representation in the communities GreyStone serves.
