Under the direction of the Compensation Lead, is responsible for supporting Total Rewards with compensation program

administration and process improvement initiatives. Will work collaboratively to provide support in maintaining and participating in the

administration of Manitoba Hydro's job evaluation and salary administration program and processes. Will provide subject matter

support in the areas of job evaluation, compensation, reporting and analysis and work in collaboration with the Total Rewards team

to ensure effective delivery of compensation programs.

Responsibilities:

evaluation process, classification levels, and alternate qualifications.

Salary Range

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $33.06-$45.72 Hourly,

$63,341.72-$87,609.86 Annually.
