Pure & Secure LLC is a growing manufacturing company located in the Airpark area of Lincoln, Nebraska. We specialize in the design and production of high-quality stainless steel water distillers used across a variety of industries.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Assembler / TIG Welder to support the fabrication and assembly of commercial-grade stainless steel water distillation equipment. In addition to TIG welding and frame fabrication, this role requires a flexible team member who is willing to take on additional responsibilities and float between the welding department, production assembly, and service center as operational needs require.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel frames and components for industrial water distillation systems

- Fabricate, fit, tack, and weld assemblies in accordance with engineering specifications

- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings

- Assemble structural and mechanical components during production builds

- Assist in the service center with repairs, rework, or modifications to existing equipment as needed

- Operate hand and power tools including grinders, saws, drills, and measuring instruments

- Inspect finished welds and assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and minimal distortion

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

- Support cross-functional production needs and perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of TIG welding experience; stainless steel preferred

- Ability to read and follow mechanical drawings and fabrication prints

- Familiarity with common fabrication tools and shop equipment

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

- Dependable, flexible, and willing to adapt to changing production needs

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience manufacturing commercial appliances or industrial equipment

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices

- Prior experience working in multiple production or service-related roles
