Conduct Surface Preparation steps that includes cleaning, blasting, and masking parts to ensure proper coating adhesion.
Setup and perform complex Thermal Spray coating operations, utilizing computer controlled Thermal Spray equipment.
Perform all duties as part of a manufacturing team.
Participate/Support Lean Initiatives, Continuous Improvement Projects, Quality Projects, etc.
Adhering to safety protocols and procedures related to thermal spray processes and equipment.
Maintaining accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and quality control checks.

While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to reach with hands and arms, speak, and hear. The incumbent is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The incumbent may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
The incumbent will be at times working in areas with heavy machinery, high temperature processes, magnetic fields, and moving mechanical equipment in the production areas. Production areas can be demanding, sometimes requiring hearing, eye, thermal, or other protection on the manufacturing floor.
