Are you someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment? Do you take pride in precision, quality, and seeing a job through from start to finish? As a Furnace Operator, you won’t just run equipment, you’ll play a critical role in transforming raw parts into finished components that meet exact customer and industry standards.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire furnace process. From carefully racking and preparing loads, to programming furnaces based on detailed job requirements, to monitoring live runs through advanced charting software, you’ll be at the center of operations. Your attention to detail ensures every load meets strict quality standards, every part is accounted for, and every process is documented accurately.
You’ll conduct visual inspections of both equipment and parts, verify counts throughout processing, document results through routers and ERP systems, and handle materials with care and precision. Safety, quality, and accountability are at the heart of everything you do.
This is an active, on-your-feet role where no two days look exactly the same. You’ll lift, move, inspect, analyze, and coordinate, all while staying organized and focused. If you enjoy multitasking, critical thinking, and working with both your hands and technology, this is the opportunity to shine.
