We are currently looking for a Territory Manager for the Southeast for one of our products called Cupaclad. Cupaclad is a natural slate rainscreen cladding system which offers a range of cladding solutions, from traditional to contemporary, offering our architects and specifiers a wide choice, suiting any individual design. The employee in this role will have the following roles and responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain customer relations with large architectural firms, developers, general contractors, and high-profile customers within the sales region.
· Establish and grow new business opportunities with potential customers through a relationship-based approach.
· At the direction of the CUPACLAD Manager, develop a business plan for sales growth and tactics to achieve annual sales targets
· Evaluate customer needs, understand market drivers and forces, and ensure appropriate service/product delivery and pricing.
· Conduct customer visits to build / maintain relationships, sales presentations, brainstorm and/or problem solve customer concerns.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly quota requirements.
· Collaborate and work closely with external business partners and all layers of the company’s internal organization to assure timely and accurate project proposals, proper execution, and customer satisfaction.
· Leverage technology to increase speed, quality, and efficiencies to deliver on customer needs.
· Stay abreast of CUPACLAD’s product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, political, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
We are looking for a strong sales profile with at least 4 + years of experience in outside sales in building/construction, customer service and architectural cladding and /or façade.
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or 10 years of experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
The position is full time and based in our US main offices in Savannah, Georgia but requires the ability to travel 2 weeks per month.
Scope of the territory to manage: Louisiana, Mississipi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina
