We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Components Territory Manager to drive sales growth within an assigned territory. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and converting accounts, building relationships with OEMs, engineering firms, end users, and distributors. Your ability to establish and develop a robust distributor network while effectively communicating market and customer needs to our organization will be key to your success.
Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth within the assigned territory by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with OEMs, engineering firms, end users, and distributors to ensure consistent account development and retention.
Distributor Network: Establish, develop, and manage a distributor network to support product sales and expand market reach.
Market Insights: Gather and communicate market intelligence, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform organizational strategies.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed territory objectives.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including engineering and manufacturing, to provide tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
Representation: Represent Superior Industries at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote products and build brand awareness.
