Overview:

Pembina Pipeline Corporations Redwater facility is actively hiring for a Terminal Supervisor to join the team. This position reports to the Redwater Terminal Manager in the Natural Gas Liquids Business Unit, (NBU), part of Pembina’s Facilities Division.

The Redwater facility has several fractionators for processing paraffinic and olefinic natural gas liquids. In addition to this, the site includes significant cavern storage assets and cogeneration gas turbines.

As a key leader at the Redwater Fractionation Facility, the Terminals Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of terminal activities. By fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement, this role directly contributes to the facility’s performance and supports Pembina’s mission to deliver exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders across North America.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

Leadership & Team Development:

- Provide leadership that encourages growth, aligned with Pembina’s corporate vision and values;

- Inspire and mentor team members, fostering a culture of respect, trust, and collaboration;

- Communicate goals and objectives clearly to the team and provide regular feedback on performance;

- Support the implementation of team succession plans and professional development initiatives; and

- Model and promote learning agility by adapting quickly to change, encouraging experimentation, and continuously integrating new insights into team strategies and practices.

Operational Excellence:

- Oversee day-to-day terminal operations, ensuring compliance with terminal agreements and regulatory requirements;

- Lead troubleshooting processes and support the team in developing innovative solutions to operational challenges;

- Monitor and prioritize maintenance activities, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the facility; and

- Support the development and execution of the terminal operations strategy for the Redwater Facility.

- Provide leadership in incident review and investigation processes, ensuring lessons learned are applied effectively; and

- Provide written and verbal reports as required, ensuring clear and effective communication;

- Represent Operations in CAPEX projects and other corporate initiatives; and

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License:

This position is considered “Safety Sensitive” and will require Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol Testing which includes testing for marijuana metabolites.

The successful candidate must be legally able to work in the country of the position. Final candidate will be required to undergo Pre-Employment Background Checks including a Criminal Record Check.
