- Provide scheduling requirements to the Terminal Manager for hourly employees in one of the specific operation of the Nashville Terminal. Barge Unloading/Transferring, Rail Car/Truck Loading or Blending/Packaging.

- Employ and supervise safety procedures as directed by the Terminal Manager.

- Supervise hourly employees with regard to company policies and procedures.

- Coordinate with the Terminal Manager and other Supervisors with regard to personnel for terminal maintenance, including some barge or railcar maintenance and repair.

- Provide information for the monthly reporting and reconciliation of inventories for the Nashville Terminal.

- Provide direct supervision to all hourly employees in a specific area of Terminal Operation.

- High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is required

- Strong organizational, leadership and decision making abilities.

- Excellent time management skills, critical problem solving skills.

- Experience in a management role preferred

- Problem-solving skills with the ability to find creative and practical solutions.

- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in production or heavy industry.

- Computer familiarity with programs in Microsoft.

- Requires physical dexterity and strength to move through close areas. Physical environment in the terminals is dusty, noisy and potentially hazardous.
