Overview:

The Operations Supervisor will manage, coach and train Drivers to deliver superior customer service in a productive and efficient manner. This individual will also ensure that appropriate training is provided to Drivers in all aspects of safety and operational procedures. When required, the Operations Supervisor will also assist with the delivery of fuel to customers.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to Drivers

- Ongoing review of routes for efficiency and utilization
