Part-Time Office Clerk

JOB SUMMARY:

Perform office duties including answering calls, dispatching calls to technicians, basic accounting, and office responsibilities.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-12pm

Responsibilities:

1. Responds to customer inquiries by telephone, provide non-technical problem resolution.

2. Dispatch calls to technicians, schedule incoming jobs

3. Basic accounting functions including customer billing and inquiries

4. Perform clerical and mail processes

5. Handle techincian schedules

6. Handle invoicing processes in database, process customer payments

7. Pull proper permits for applicable jobs

8. Help customers in showroom including ordering items for customers

9. Additional duties as assigned by General Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:Educational Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

Experience/Skills/Abilities:

1. Preferred experience with working with permits for either of the follow: plumbing, electrical, home contractual work

2. Great oral communication and customer services skills

3. Must have excellent attention to detail.

4. Knowledge of QuickBooks and Mobiwork a plus
