We are currently seeking a dependable Accounts Payable Clerk who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values being part of a team. The ideal candidate will enjoy a dynamic role that includes a variety of responsibilities, such as:

· Match invoices to purchase orders

· Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

· Reconcile business accounts to make sure amounts paid reflect goods and services received

· Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal staff

· Other office duties as required.

Experience and Background:

· Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to carry out instructions.

· Excellent communication skills with ability to maintain calm, friendly demeanor.

· Demonstrated competence in computer usage.

· Commitment to quality and accuracy of work performed and continuous improvement.

· Demonstrated ability to work well with others and to participate in a team.

· Reliability is key for the success of this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
