- Advanced knowledge of pressure control principles.
- Advanced knowledge of pressure control equipment. Able to operate/troubleshoot/minor repairs and maintenance on:
- Frac valves.
- Accumulators
- Grease Units
- Torque Wrenches/Power Packs (must know how to access API torque specs)
- Hydrostatic Test Unit.
- Advanced knowledge regarding greasing valves.
- Able to fill out:
- JSA’s
- Field tickets
- Grease Logs
- Open & Close Sheets
- Timesheets.
- Able to run a frac pad alone.
- Advance knowledge of hydraloc valves and components.
- Advanced knowledge and able to repair valve actuator and stem packing
- Follow safe work practices, procedures and rules.
- Demonstrate good housekeeping practices.
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner.
- Follow company procedures and protocols.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by management
- At a minimum, two years-experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic knowledge of MS Suite a plus.
- While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs/ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear, and taste or smell. The incumbent must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. There is a potential exposure to extreme heat and cold, uneven surfaces, etc.
