Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Instructor Trainer to design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective technical training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, classroom facilitation, and the use of learning technologies to support a wide variety of software solutions. This role requires a dynamic and adaptable individual with a passion for education and a commitment to enhancing learner performance.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs including instructor-led, web-based, and multimedia formats.

•

Conduct live and virtual training sessions on IT systems, software installation, security, programming, and maintenance procedures.

•

Write and maintain training documentation, guides, job aids, and other support materials.

•

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and customize curriculum accordingly.

•

Manage the development of learning infrastructure and technical documentation.

•

Create and update training materials for desktop support tools and enterprise applications.

•

Assist in instructional design for computer-based training and blended learning environments.

•

Coordinate with external vendors for training materials and methods.

•

Support staff productivity and performance measurement through data analysis and reporting tools.

•

Stay current with industry best practices in instructional delivery, learning management systems, and e-learning authoring tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

•

8+ years of experience as a training instructor or in a related field.

•

8+ years of experience with training technologies and instructional methodologies.

•

8+ years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design.

•

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

•

5+ years of experience conducting technical training across various software platforms.

•

Familiarity with web-based learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

•

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.

•

4+ years of experience in IT systems training or technical instructional materials development.

•

Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

•

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
