Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with existing & potential clients, demonstrating our innovative products, and driving sales growth in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industrial process requirements such as valves, filters, instrumentation and steam specialties combined with excellent communication and presentation skills. Compensation is a very competitive salary plus unlimited commission.
- Territory will be New Brunswick & Prince Edward Island
- Conduct pre-sales activities including product demonstrations and technical presentations to specifying engineers
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their technical needs and proposing suitable solutions
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor product offerings based on client requirements
- Manage the sales pipeline through effective project management and analysis skills
- Call on industrial clients including engineers and maintenance personnel, planners and buyers
- Support the sales team in creating proposals, quotes, and technical documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends and projects both current and future
- Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles within the industrial spectrum
- Strong mechanical aptitude and related industrial experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations
- Experience with project management tools and analysis techniques to manage client accounts effectively
- Excellent communication skills. Proficient in English. French an asset, but not a necessity.
- Must have a valid passport and able to travel to the USA for training as required.
