- Work with hiring managers.
- Source candidates for traveling technician roles.
- Generate and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Plan and conduct off-site recruitment events.
- Interact with wind schools to ensure exposure and awareness.
- Conduct pre-screening of candidates.
- Conduct online and in-person candidate interviews.
- Onboarding.
- Benefits management.
- Support back-office sourcing
- Process unemployment applications.
- Timely reporting to HQ HR department.
- Various ad hoc HR tasks.

- Wind, solar or construction industry experience much preferred.
- PHR certification is desirable.
- Strong blue-collar sourcing skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- IT (Microsoft Office) and typing proficiency.
- Proactive self-starter.
- Valid driver license.
- No DUI within the last 10 years.
- Valid passport.
