The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day recruiting operations, leading a team of recruiters and coordinators to attract and hire top talent across the organization. This role ensures that recruiting practices are efficient, effective, and aligned with company goals. The manager partners closely with department leaders to fulfill staffing needs, while promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract top talent across all departments.
- Supervise, coach, train and develop a team of recruiters.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and best practices throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate and support employment marketing initiatives and sourcing strategies.
- Maintain and utilize iCIMS (ATS) for effective tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics.
- Develop talent pipelines for high-volume and critical roles.
- Maintain a library of current job descriptions and assist in developing new ones.
- Participate in workforce planning discussions to ensure alignment between hiring plans and business needs.
- Maintain data tracking tools and dashboards for recruiting metrics.
- Assist in budget tracking for headcount and recruitment expenses.
- Build strong internal partnerships and foster a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Promote and support an inclusive workplace culture.

- Bachelor’s degree required
- This position will be managing a team of 3 TA Partners.
- Must have 3-5 years’ experience managing a team of TA professionals
- Will carry a workload of reqs
- Will run reports for CHRO using ICIMS
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting- Experience supporting a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting function
- Initial virtual interview with the hiring team.
