Crossroads Utility Services, LLC is seeking a qualified candidate who provides hands-on assistance in collection and distribution surveys and inspections. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and dedicated to supporting a team environment and fostering a cohesive workplace.
- Conduct detailed inspections of collections and distributions systems as determined by management
- Identify and report maintenance issues or deficiencies found during inspections
- Assist with customer questions regarding survey work taking place
- Provide feedback to improve inspection protocols and processes with the appropriate departments and team members.
- Work closely with colleagues and management to address field challenges and implement solutions.
- Support other team members with inspections or projects as needed.
- Undertake various additional job-related tasks as assigned by management.
- The ability to handle tasks, with minimal supervision, as assigned by management.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail when completing tasks.
- Proficient customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft office suite
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Minimum Class C Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to obtain TCEQ Water license within 6 months of start date.
- Ability to obtain TCEQ Collections license within 6 months of start date.
- Frequent movements including climbing, squatting, bending, standing, walking, etc.
- Ability to, on occasion, lift 50-75lbs as needed.
- Ability to use hand tools as needed
- Regularly exposed to:
- Wet or humid conditions.
- Working near moving mechanical parts.
- Extreme outdoor conditions, to include various outside temperatures and weather conditions.
- Frequent travel through out Crossroads Utilities service area in company issued vehicle.
