Description
The Project Coordinator position is primarily responsible for project coordination and support services for the Survey business line. Will also assist the CAD Manager and Project Manager in processing and QA/QC of all data and project deliverables. They assist with project estimating, tracking, research, and setup.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
•QC project office and field work on daily basis.
•Provides field assistance and support periodically.
•Coordinates multiple projects at once.
•Assigns individual team members key responsibilities as needed.
•With Project manager direction, coordinates activities of the team.
•Assist in developing and managing project schedules.
•Coordinates submittal efforts and quality reviews.
•Close-out project coordination and assistance as needed.
•Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
•10+ years' project experience required.
•A thorough understanding of the technical and financial issues involved in the project.
•A thorough understanding of safety precautions and laws related to the project.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Excellent presentation and writing skills.
•Good troubleshooting abilities.
•Ability to make good decisions quickly and provide alternate solutions in times of problem.
•Must be well organized and systematic in working.
•Proficient with MS Word; advanced Excel skills required.
•Ability to work autonomously and to collaborate fully as a team player.
•Ability to pay close attention to details, and present good planning, organization, and time management skills.
•Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.
•Ability to maintain regular attendance as per work schedule agreed with manager (may require working an adjusted work schedule based on project assigned and work overtime if warranted).
•Ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations and Company policies and procedures.

•Position is flexible based on employee location, we are open to in office, hybrid, or fully remote option (to be determined on a case-by-case basis).
•Is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
•Is occasionally required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
•Occasionally lift and/or move up to forty-five pounds.
