The Project Coordinator
plays a key role in supporting our Field Operations team. This position owns the coordination of scheduling, client communication, and project execution, ensuring the smooth operation of meter installations and service requests across assigned territories. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client interaction, and takes initiative in managing complex schedules and moving projects forward with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage and coordinate multiple field service projects simultaneously
•Schedule installs and component deliveries with superintendents, site contacts, and/or account managers
•Contact customers to schedule appointments and confirm service details
•Organize calendars to optimize technician routes and minimize travel time
•Maintain accurate records of appointments, rescheduling, and job details
•Partner closely with field staff and account managers to keep clients updated on project status
•Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concern
•Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team
•Follow up on pending items to ensure timely resolution
•Ensure all documentation and project notes are complete, accurate, and properly file
•Own your assigned territory—drive progress with minimal oversight
•Support ongoing improvements to scheduling and project coordination workflows
•Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
•High School Diploma or GED required
•2+ years of experience in project coordination, customer service, or administrative roles
•Experience in construction, utilities, or field service preferred

•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using digital tools
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
•Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
•Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and fast-paced timeline
Physical Requirements
•Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
