Tri-Sen is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Coordinator for an on-site role at its Webster, TX location. The position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective flow of goods and materials. This role works closely with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve supply chain issues.
- Generate, track, and receive purchase orders
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to resolve delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain job cost system
- Support engineering initiatives through direct product/purchasing support, BOM creation, etc.
- Participate in semi-annual physical inventory counts
- Review monthly inventory transactions
- Generate detailed inventory reports
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders per Sales Order agreements – Must be able to lift-up to 50 lbs. and be able to move material around.
- Coordinate shipments with carriers
- Track deliverables to minimize delays & mitigate non-compliance risk
- Inform sales team in the event of expected delays
- Support RMA processing
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Prior experience in Supply Chain-related function
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Webster, TX and coordinate multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency working with ERP software (SAP preferred)
- Ability to use MS Excel for reporting and data analysis
