Overview
We are seeking a Supplier Chain Performance Analyst to support our Supplier Relationship Management division. This role will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and reporting on supply chain performance activities such as KPIs, scorecards, supplier surveys, and notices of concerns.
- Develop standardized supplier performance KPIs and scorecards in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Issue and analyze supplier performance surveys.
- Track supplier performance issues and manage notices of concerns.
- Support supplier performance meetings, including agenda creation and tracking action items.
- Provide weekly reports on supplier performance and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity in all performance tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and SAP.
- Knowledge of various document types (engineering reports, legal documents).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to establish effective relationships with team members and external contractors.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3+ years of utility industry experience.- Knowledge of construction industry and financial management principles.
- Familiarity with project management software and database management.
