Role Definition

Supports the resolution of quality issues and processes for the supply function in the organization.

Responsibilities

- Assess and report on quality issues and/or continuous quality improvement projects in consultation with others.

- Participates in supplier quality improvement initiatives; works with suppliers to develop and improve quality levels.

- Assists in ensuring the reliability and quality of suppliers, implementing process controls, certification programs, evaluations, inspections, corrective actions, audits and records.

- Identifies quality problem(s) and determines a short-term action plan with the organization and the supplier.

- Utilizes quality processes to qualify new products.

- This role will require 10% travel

Desired Qualifications

A Business or Engineering degree

2-3 in a Quality Engineering role

Preferred Qualifications

Aerospace or Medical Device industry experience

The target range for this role is between $77,264 - $96,580, with an overall salary range of $77,264 - $115,896

$77,264.00 - $115,896.00
