Job Purpose

This position will serve as a member of the Employee Communications – Corporate Initiatives team; previously, this team was known as the Corporate Communications team. As a part of the 2025 Communications Transformation, this team will shift from transactional responders to strategic business partners – evolving their focus from ad-hoc administrative task execution to enterprise value. This team will be responsible for the strategy, planning, messaging, content creation, and execution of all global campaigns, TechnipFMC’s transformation journey, as well as functional campaigns and support. This position will support the team’s efforts in adopting a campaign and transformation framework to fulfill key business objectives across TechnipFMC. This role will support the Communications function to standardize key processes undertaken as Corporate Initiatives, enabling accountability and ownership across the team.

Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager with the strategy, planning, messaging, content creation, and execution of all global corporate campaigns, TechnipFMC’s transformation journey, as well as functional campaigns and support. Key areas of responsibility include:
