In this job, you’ll you will support the company's vision and corporate goals by developing and implementing an integrated employee communications strategy. You will lead a team to create and deliver effective communications that inform, educate and engage employees across various channels. Your responsibilities include establishing consistency in the company narrative through creative storytelling, implement comprehensive employee communications plan, measuring content impact using data analytics, and overseeing content quality, budgets, and project plans. Additionally, you will serve as PIO during Incident Management Team activations and be on call after hours.
