Position Specific Description This position is located in Roswell, New Mexico.

This position sits within NextEra Energy's non- nuclear generation operations, exceeding 40,000 megawatts (MW) of installed capacity. This individual will perform the maintenance, electrical & mechanical day to day operations at

Chaves Solar near Roswell, New Mexico.

Relevant skills are included include but are not limited to:

- Demonstrated safety behaviors and values

- Maintenance of vegetation

- Grounding and switching

- Management of contractors

Job Overview

The main focus of the job is to perform mirror and HCE tube cleaning. The position is part of a six-man crew. The team will have to be proficient in operating the mirror-washing equipment, including tractor operation, water truck operation, and mirror-washing brush equipment. When mirror wash cannot be accomplished, the team will be utilized to perform site clean-up or minor maintenance on mirror wash equipment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Washing of Mirror Panels with mirror washing equipment

- Washing of Heat collecting elements with washing equipment

- Perform minor repairs on washing equipment as needed

- Perform site clean-up when

- Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

- High School Grad / GED

- Experience: 0+ years

- Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
