Key Responsibilities:
•
Recruitment: Bring in a minimum of 3 associates before onboarding, building a powerful and driven sales team.
•
Sales Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
•
Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, using a top-tier CRM system like Solo.
•
Market Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
