Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management within the construction industry, with expertise in coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. This role requires effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
Responsibilities
•
Lead and manage commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
•
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
•
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
•
Utilize project management software such as Primavera and ProCore for scheduling and tracking project milestones.
•
Implement effective communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
•
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
•
Report regularly to senior management on project status and performance.
Skills
•
Extensive experience in construction site management and oversight.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
