ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a project manager to assist in the development and maintenance of a robust ready-to-build projects queue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•

Support the development and maintenance of solar and battery project pipeline

•

Complete and submit utility and municipal permit applications

•

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the permitting process

•

Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft systems

•

Keep up-to-date databases of client information and regulatory procedures

•

Identify process improvements and work with team to implement better systems

•

Bring a positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented attitude to work

•

Follow standard operating procedures and stay organized

•

Serve as a Valley Solar brand ambassador

QUALIFICATIONS

•

Passionate about solar energy and customer service

•

Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with a team

•

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

•

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM databases (Salesforce experience preferred)

•

Able to prioritize tasks and hold yourself accountable for delivering results on schedule

•

Experience with permitting processes or regulatory compliance preferred

•

1 or more years experience in customer service or operations highly preferred

BENEFITS

Salary: $48,000 - $54,000

•

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, Approx. 40 hrs/wk. on average
