Senior Solar Project Managers at Centrica Business Solutions are the master of all things project management for comprehensive energy conservation projects. You are responsible for all aspects of project planning, procurement, and execution with a high level of focus on customer service, safety, risk management, quality profitability and cash-flow. This position will actively work with peers and functional leadership to develop and continuously improve processes and procedures aimed at providing value to customers. Additionally, the Senior Solar Project Manager will provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to less experienced team members.

Open to flexible work schedules working fully remote or hybrid but must be able to travel up to 50% of the time. Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire preferred, but also open to individuals in the Bay Area, Sacramento, San Diego, or Ventura County.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$150,000 + bonus + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location and expectations during the hiring process.
