Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Residential Operations Department. Candidate must be an efficient, flexible and self motivated individual. They must be a reliable team member, capable of managing multiple tasks and people simultaneously while working well through interruptions. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must.

Essential job duties may include, but are not limited to:

•

Maintain clients per Elemental Energy’s guidelines.

•

Ensure safety and quality on all job sites

•

Communicate with clients throughout the duration of the project

•

Work with PM support team to ensure seamless installation processes, including correct designs are produced and permits acquired

•

Order equipment & parts

•

Plan and prepare Installations, and crew members, for successful installations

•

Schedule installations

•

Schedule and facilitate various inspections

•

Ensure complete system QA/QC and commissioning

•

Troubleshoot issues

•

Manage multiple concurrent stakeholders and tasks at any given time

Requirements

•

2+ years prior construction Project Management experience

•

2+ years prior Solar Installation or Solar Project Management experience

•

Ability to be at our offices in NE Portland every morning to facilitate getting your crew prepared and out the door

•

Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks, and respond appropriately to frequent change in priorities and services as necessary

•

Possess excellent customer service skills and follow through

•

Effective organizational and written/oral communication skills

•

High proficiency in Google Suite of programs
