Position Overview: We are seeking a Solar Canvassing Team Manager to lead, train, and inspire our canvassing teams in the field. This is a leadership role ideal for someone who has experience managing sales teams, preferably in door-to-door, solar, or home improvement industries. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team focused on generating qualified leads and appointments through direct canvassing efforts.
