Job Overview

SunTech Energy, a 5-star solar installation company based in Los Angeles, is expanding its residential sales team. We are looking for experienced and driven Solar Sales Specialists to join our team.

Requirements:

•

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in residential solar

•

Strong knowledge of solar and battery systems

•

Proficiency in designing systems using Aurora, OpenSolar, and Helioscope

•

Excellent customer service and follow-up skills

•

Proven ability to close sales and meet targets

•

Ability to address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer tailored solutions

•

Participation in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Skills:

•

Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior

•

Proficiency in software applications related to sales management/CRM

•

Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele

•

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships

•

Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results

•

Experience in door-to-door or outside sales is highly desirable

•

Proven ability to close sales effectively while maintaining high ethical standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,727.00 - $112,109.00 per year

Compensation Package:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Nights as needed

Weekends as needed
