SETTER POSITIONS AVAILABLE – High-Income Solar Sales Roles!

Are you motivated, driven, and ready to join one of the fastest-growing industries in the country? We’re expanding our solar sales team and hiring Setters who are ready to earn big while making a difference.

We are hiring for our blitz trip team. We work 10 days out of the month and take 20 Days off. A blitz trip is where a solar team travels to a soft market to sell a lot of accounts in a short period of time. We will train and collaborate in the mornings and evening’s to ensure you have a successful trip. Currently, solar tax incentives are on the chopping block to go away completely and this could be the biggest rush to go solar in the history of the solar industry. Next trip is starting June 6th!

Income Potential:

•

Setters: Average $120K+ per year

Duties:

•

Conduct outreach and market research to identify ideal solar candidates

•

Generate leads and set qualified appointments by any means necessary: knocking doors, phone calls, referrals, marketing, etc

•

Educate customers on solar products, savings, and financing options

•

Maintain a consistent pipeline and follow-up strategy

•

Stay current on solar trends, programs, and incentives

Qualifications:

•

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

•

High-level communication and persuasion skills

•

Self-motivated with a team-first attitude

•
Bilingual/multilingual a plus

•
18+ years old

•

Solar experience helpful, but not required – we train the right people
